She is an energetic and dynamic woman of God, who God has commissioned to bridge the gap between denominations & races.  She uses a new creative marketing tool through television and radio media network to touch the world.

Marla Higgenbotham is founder and president of an 18 yr old non-profit organization called Think Drug-Free America, Inc. She is the author of a drug education workbook called “Think Drug-Free America”. She has also written and produced a drug education play called “High—Impact, the Hype and Truth about Today’s Most Prevalent Drugs”.

In 2003, she was quickened by the Holy Spirit and a dynamic women’s minstry called Too Blessed 2 Be Stressed was birthed. She is the founder and talk-show host of a national and international television program called Too Blessed 2 Be Stressed. She hosts weekly a radio talk-show called Straight Talk. She also sits on the advisiory board for the Praise Fest Ministry Cruise With A Cause.

Marla’s newest endeouver is a teaching position at a christian school in Loudon, TN, call Crossroad Christian Academy, where she will be impacting the life of many youth teaching them how to use the tools of the television media to effect and change lives for the Kingdom of God.

The wind beneath her wings is her husband, Donnie Higginbotham, who is her devoted husband of ten years and her two wonderful children, Moriah F. Higgenbotham and Joshua L. Higgenbotham. The “call by God” has been made for her and His love is so evidently expressed through her to build a better world for the Kingdom of God.
